I am sure rpm query

libffi-3.0.1-1.fc8
and
libffi-devel-3.0.1-1.fc8

and i am running Fedora 8

where they are installed - the default location as I installed via RPM

As for the config file I thought I attached it to the email last time
but you can download it here
