Ok,

What do you have in the editors property for the field, "auto" or "combo" ..?

If you are supplying your own values, it should be auto.
In which case, of you try a "combo", does it then work?

i.e. try; combo|One|Two|Three|FALSE in the editors property and see what happens ...

sorry...now I have got your point....but should be:

 SELECT primary_key, field1, field2, ....FROM nametable

Note that primary_key must be the first of the list.
