Thanks for replying, but never mind. I got it from svn and after
building, the package is really much smaller than 1.9.48. It then did
not run either, so I dug deeper and there were permissions problems in
/tmp (no idea how that happened!). After fixing them, 1.9.49 ran fine.
I opened gmail to explain and your email was already here. I'm curious
now as to how Benoit shrunk it so much... :).
