Apparently when I post this article, or a link to this article with a little 
summary, I am rejected without even being noticed. 

So for sure you or other will be luckier than me!

Anyway, as for OSNews, you must check if posting the article somewhere 
prevents you from posting the article elsewhere, even if it is a translation.

I have successfully posted an announce and a link to the article on a french 
news site.
