No!
It is listed in the online help wiki.
But I can not find it in the offline help on my workstation. The
language index list jumps from EXEC to Exp. The online help has Exist
between these two entries.
Also on the "File & Directory Functions" page it shows up as
/lang/exists in the online help. But it is not listed in the offline
help.
