when 1.9.46 goes stable otherwise I'll run into problems again (everything

really weird trouble when I tried to run 1.9.46 off the svn out of
/usr/local with conflicting files in /usr/bin.

So the reason I still had the bug is becuase the stable 1.9.45 was still
sitting in /usr/bin/gamb*,/usr/bin/gb* and the svn's files were in
/usr/local/bin and because usr/bin is in the path before /usr/local/bin it
was still running 1.9.45 (I was wondering why the IDE worked and reported
1.9.46 but could not run itself [caused a runtime error]).
