I do not know, because 1.9.30 not yet installed.
I'm silent waiting for bug reports on it, but it seams to be
less as in the past once happend.
The workspace bug from Daniel & Fabien, was it Gtk related?
I do not see other reporting that one.

Maybe I try thuesday, I let you know the result. 
Haven't you try it on 1.9.29?
