Okay, I believe I fixed it.  At least it's closing now.  The problem
seems to be I load FormData and FormStatus prior to loading FormMain
(notice this in the MAIN module).  Which makes the interpreter think
these AREN'T children of FormMain.

I changed it so they load AFTER FormMain, so when I close the main form
they close as well and the program ends.
