There appears to be a little bug with the Welcome Dialog. When you click on
a project you get a error message saying:

	Cannot open project file :
	<project file path>

You are then taken back to the Welcome screen. Click on the project again
and it opens with no problems. This is true for both recent projects and
example projects. Projects open OK from the recent projects menu.

This is in both ;-) versions of 1.9.41.
