[Gambas-user] Stupid bug in 1.9.29

Hi,

There is a stupid bug in the Val() function in 1.9.29: Val("True") or 
Val("False") always returns NULL instead of returning their corresponding 
boolean values.

Here is a patch, and sorry for the inconvenience!
