Try to replace the package.module from gambas2 source ide
(app/src/gambas2) with the following file and rebuild the ide.

So rebuild the package and try if it work.

If you can't, a quick dirty fiw should be to make a symlink between
/usr/bin/gba and /usr/bin/gba2
