[Gambas-user] How to Unsubscribe?

I did go there and just now also and it doesn't tell me how to unsubscribe.  It says "You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below." but nothing about how to unsubscribe.  Do I just enter my email address and pass and hit the subscribe button to unsubscribe?
