[Gambas-user] No Need to Disable Clanlib

Hi All
 The problem that people are having installing 1.9.9 can be solved by 
doing ./configure then make then su and go into main/gbc and do make install.  
Then go back to the top level directory and do a make install.  The problem 
is not with clanlib but with the make file.  It calls gbi2 before it installs 
gbi2 so make install fails.
