[Gambas-user] cant install gambas 1.9.9

I had the same problem since I upgraded to KDE 3.4.
However, exiting X, deleting ~/.kde/share/config/kickerrc and restarting X did 
solve it.
Be aware though that this move will reset your panel to its default 
configuration (it was not a big deal for me).
