Ha!  Kind of ironically appropriate considering the intent of 
fakebas is to come closer to the MDI style of VB5/6....

I like "linbas" best, but it seems like it might be a little 
arrogant on my part to imply that my IDE is "LINux BASic".  I 
wonder if the Linspire guys will take fakebas and come up with 
their own name that comes dangerously close to infringing on the 
VB or Visual Basic trademarks.
