[Gambas-user] fakebas 0.0.9

I updated fakebas for gambas 1.0.3.  I incorporated the two 
changes to the real IDE, and also added cascade and tile menu 
options to the Window menu (tricky because as Benoit has said, 
the Qt MDI workspace control is buggy), and after being inspired 
by Fabien's recent screenshot, I added a dropdown to the editor 
to let you jump to any function in the current class.
