So you don't see the IDE in spanish ? You should, if your language
environment 
variables are correctly set, and if spanish locales are installed on your 
systems.

Please send me the contents of your environment variables. To get them,
type 
that in a shell:

$ set > myenv.txt

and send me the 'myenv.txt' file.
