?? cant find that bank size in CP/M developers manual for 8080.
Not in the bare original as far I know.
Only later models as commodore 128 and CPC did implement it
and uses also the Z80.

In fact the swap file is more or less the same.

64kB was enough till B.G. did said '640kB is enough, no one need it' :)
Who can live without 640MB now a days with B.G. products.
