With tcpdump I found the ip is in the tiscali.nl range.
I have tiscali to can use the proxy server of tiscali.nl
When I use proxy.tiscali.nl it is coming so fast that tcpdump is unreadable, 
i think it wil even drop packets in this quick flood, and the site is in a 
flash (wip)  on the screen.
