I have Suse 9.0, KDE 3.2, QT 3.3 and I compile with parameters

./configure --with-qt=/usr/lib/qt3 --with-qt-includes=/usr/lib/qt3/include 
--with-qt-libraries=/usr/lib/qt3/lib

and everything is OK.
