It's presently a dumb find, equivalent to a grep -il.  I'm 
thinking about submitting a patch to list items with matching 
titles first, since chances are that's what you're looking for.

In 0.98a, pressing F2 on a keyword or symbol will bring up its 
page in help (in most cases), so you should try that too when 
you upgrade.
