Ahmad,

Fedora Core is due out tomorrow...  And it includes QT 3 (Test 3 had
version 3.1.2). To update to the latest version of Fedora may be a
better option than to try to get Redhat 9 running QT 3.  Check out
http://fedora.redhat.com.
