up's sorry... i've forgot to call the function MenuCreating()
so i added that function in :

PUBLIC SUB Form_Open()
  MenuCreating()
END

but when i run the program again... it raise error like this:

"Type Mismatch. The parent control of a Menu must be a Window or another 
Menu."

it pointed to :

  hMenu = NEW Menu(hMenu) AS "MnuEvent"

why ?
