MediaView, also hide spacer panel when hiding controls
[GB.FORM.MEDIA]
* BUG: also hide spacer panel when hiding controls.

when hiding the controls the spacer stayed, leaving a bar on the bottom of the window, even in fullscreen.
This gives clean fullscreen
