Enhancement of the icon selector.

[DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT]
* NEW: Update French translation.
* NEW: Icon selector: Add a icon name filter.
* NEW: Icon selector: Add a check box that toggles displaying icons using the selected size or not.
* NEW: Icon selector: Redesign the dialog a bit.
* BUG: Text editor: Some fixes in the markdown preview default style sheet.
