Fix management of projects using CVS.

[DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT]
* BUG: Ignore 'CVS', 'CVSROOT' and '.svn' directories when browsing the project.
* NEW: Creating a directory named 'CVS' or 'CVSROOT' is now forbidden.
