Support for debugger.

[GB.WEB.FORM2]
* BUG: Use SIGUSR2 for synchronizing session process with CGI process, as SIGUSR1 is used by the debugger.
* NEW: Support for debugger.
* NEW: THe HTML body now uses sans-serif font by default.
