JIT compiler can compile libraries now.

[INTERPRETER]
* NEW: Internal name of libraries uses a point now between vendor and library name, not a slash anymore.

[GB.DEBUG]
* BUG: Undo "make debugger output writes more robust". Apparently it does not work.

[GB.JIT]
* BUG: Compiling libraries works now.
