I will leave it online for a couple of hours. I created a test user so
you could access the admin page and have an overview of the account
page. Be careful not to remove it or change it's password. Please note
that the site is tunneled from my work PC, try not to overload it ;)

User: testuser1

I will upload the code once i finish polishing the error management,
debug printing, and a few other leftovers.
The encoder was copied verbatim, i couldn't manage to rework it
without breaking it. There are some things that won't work correctly,
maybe some links are broken, indexes aren't complete, etc.
