Yes .

But PrittyPrinter till works always on one line.
That means he dosn't know whats  the next line is.
The last line before is more easier to have.
So I changed, while working on it, and thats why I wrote into the Changlog
'experimental'.

This 'empty line between logical block in a proc' , I haven't found the 
way to it.
 Actually I stoped, working on that.
I think I will release the next PrettyPrinter without that Option.
