[Gambas-devel] Updates for the mysql driver

Benoit,

I have made additions/corrections to the mysql driver.  The changes primarily concern the table_create which
could cause the database manager to crash with the loss of the table when changing/setting the primary key.
I have also added code for the database manager.

These are the difference patches that should be applied to the 0.84a version.
