I have tried to install inkscape by using the package from their site, and it 
fails on my Mandrake. If I launch the program, there is an error: a missing 
shared library.

If will try later when I have more time to understand what happened.

The problem is that this system seems to be incompatible with the rpm database 
in Mandrake. If it installs some library, the rpm database don't know it, and 
may erase it the next time you use urpmi.
