You must use extra CSS for that.

For the left headers, you use the ".gw-table-index" CSS selector.

For the top headers, you use ".gw-table > DIV > TABLE > THEAD > TR > TH".

Almost every element generated by "gb.web.gui" has a specific CSS class. If not, it's one of near parent.
