Fixed text updating when assigning index after element reload, OK.

Two observations:

1- The (empty) text is not updated when the value -1 is assigned to the index, it only changes it after updating to another index.

2- The “PlaceHolder” property does not show the assigned text in the IDE when its Index = -1.
