Description

When creating rpm for a project the dependencies are not being installed. The rpm is created however when the rpm is executed on a system that has never seen gambas the rpm install fails and lists dependencies that are needed. such as gambas3-runtime  gambas3-gb-db  gambas-gb-settings and ALL of the rest. They must be installed manually then the rpm will work fine. In the past the rpm would install all dependencies. The new release of gambas this is no longer true. Further I have put the dependencies including another one needed called "festival" and still dependencies are not installed by the rpm. Not even the festival one. 

In short the rpm will install NO dependencies at all.
