I prepared an app reproducing it - see attached file.
Start it, click on another app, so that it looses the focus.
Scroll with the mouse wheel up to 100 and click on an item
in that range. 
The selected item key will be <= 10.

Strange: When removing the line "ListView1.item.EnsureVisible"
it doesn't happen, but I need that line in my web-radio-app.
