On a virtual machine running Lubuntu 22.04, install version 3.17.90 like this:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gambas-team/gambas-daily
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install gambas3

and to update

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

The error Component not found: gb.geom comes out just by running from the IDE (F5) or with the run button.
