Hi Benoit
While I prepared the demo app (attached hereto) I recognized that the supposed bug has nothing to do with the location of the icon. It has to do with the object, where it is displayed. In this case it is a WebTable which displays icons in the embedded browser during development time, but not when the executable is deployed on a real server (Lighttpd in my case).
The icons are loaded in the data event of the webtable.
