I just used the QT configuration tool and hit the "Create fonts.conf" button.

I have never done that before.

Now suddenly the gambas QT application reports the correct fonts.

I guess you check the QT fonts.conf for sizes?
So maybe did not mess anything up. maybe you expected a conf file to exist that by default, did not?
