Apparently you never did that before: you have to install the development packages needed by the libraries used by Gambas.

Everything is explained in the wiki at https://gambaswiki.org/wiki/install.

On that page you will find the commands you must type for installing the required Ubuntu Bionic 18.04 package (and many other distributions).
