I have more information on this.

If you create a new project in version 3.16 and use the code it works fine. If you have a project originally created in 3.14 and modified and continued in version 3.15 then the problem occurs reliably when you run it in 3.16. Perhaps something in the saved files needs fixed? I will provide an example if you need and tell me what to send. and where
