Sure i've been playing with this.
It's a simple hand drawn CheckBox that does text both sides.  (much simpler than the fancy NCheckBox i did)

It also has a Radio As Boolean option to turn it into a radio button.

the test app makes round radios for qt and gtk2 but not gtk3.
