Support for Chinese (and other multi-bytes characters) has been fixed in the editor since December 2020, so I suggest you use a more recent version of Gambas.

Note: the field "System information" must be filled with the contents of the 'System Information' dialog box of the development environemnt.

As for your comment #2, this is not related to that bug. It's a question about the Gambas language, and you must use the mailing-list for that. Inside a string you must quote the " character with a backslash: \".
