It's probably safe to think of my messy code as possibly being a bunch of sketchy workarounds trying to get around your bugs ;)
(no offence intended my friend, i understand the sheer complexity of gambas, it's just part of the dance right?)

this is probably the case for most of my code by the time i get to the point of getting on the bugtracker and reporting an issue.

the window placing wrong is another bug though. not the clicking a title bar causes DeActivate event one.

although both problems seem to be happening together on the same desktops 

I get the problems on mint/gnome  and fedora/mate

mint/mate seems fine
