here is the whole project.

it's an app that runs a shell script on a filetype.

run with no args it opens the main window to configure.
run with args it runs a saved script depending on file type.

So when testing i was wanting to change settings then test on a file so was changing from no args to a wav file argument a few times. 
that was when i was getting the error.
