for years now i have my own settings in config/fonts ... nothing special (carlito and cousine) and scaling to 90% 
(and it's not depending on debug/gui component setting)

deleting ***everything*** brings back the property panel possibility's 

but 

running ide within ide and get rid of gtk (changing gb.gui to gb.gui.qt) everything works like usual ... i really think i don't like gtk
