Finally fixed three years later with commit https://gitlab.com/gambas/gambas/-/commit/6bec59fc15a0cb4d22286e2ba39b9560bfeba2d2.

It introduces a new property File.DefaultDirAuth that allows to define the default authorizations used by MkDir.
