ok, I confirm my suspicions, after uninstalling all the packages needed to compile gambas and then uninstalling gamabs too, I rebooted the pc and installed gambas from the repo and now it works:
GB_NO_JIT=0 gambas3 (Not Works).
GB_NO_JIT=1 gambas3 (This works)
But it still doesn't work from the fluxbox menu, it only works from the terminal.
