As for the "packager name", there is no such thing on ArchLinux, but a "maintainer name" which is written as a comment in the ArchLinux package description file.

I noticed there was an extra useless space in the comment generated by the IDE packager, so I removed it in commit https://gitlab.com/gambas/gambas/-/commit/f19a9b749459c48396a92f457a3effd1343a350d. Can you test it to see if now you see the maintainer name?

As for the licence, this is an almost unsolvable problem at the moment, as the licence name is not a free string on ArchLinux, but a file name that must be installed on the system. This is the reason why the guy who wrote the code (that was not me) used 'custom' whatever the licence actually specified.
