Is it possible to have the runtime not require the graphics/x11 etc as a dependency during install?

On a serve installing Scripter and tools sure pulls in a lot of unneeded and unwanted stuff, that needs to be removed by hand(security).

Perhaps the graphics startup could be manually loaded or a separate c library that is only installed when other graphics components
are installed . As the c libraries are maybe not loaded till needed.
